Pixma G6020 printer triangle light on solid.

Hi, 

I have a Pixma G6020.  The orange triangle light is on solid and the display just says "Canon".  If I press the power button, the yellow indicator light comes on but I can do nothing else with it.  None of the buttons are responsive.  

The ink levels are good.  I've tried unplugging for several minutes and plugging back in.  

Help appreciated. Thanks!

Hi,

Try leaving it unplugged for an hour but if the issue remains, the printer would require service. 

If the printer is in it's 1 year warranty, I recommend reaching out to Canon support for your warranty options. You will need to register your Canon gear HERE to access additional support options.
