Pixma G5020 Printing Colors Inaccurately

matthewjschultz

My Canon G5020 is printing colors inaccurately. See included images. The first one is the printout; the second is the source.

The heads are not clogged. I've cleaned them, deep cleaned them, and did an ink purge.

The print test comes out perfectly… just way wrong and way too dark.

I've also done a factory reset.

Any ideas?

Greetings,

"The print test comes out perfectly… just way wrong and way too dark."

Are you certain you haven't put the wrong color ink in one of the tanks.

Given the steps you have already performed, I'd contact Canon.

100% certain that the tanks have the right color. Printer didn't start out like this and I haven't added any new ink.
