Hi Hive Mind
I was wondering if anyone could help me.
I have a canon pixma475 printer that has suddenly stopped printing. It no longer performs any function and is stuck on the error message as soon as it is turned on.
It gives error code 5100, i have followed the manual and various online forums but to no avail.
There is no paper jam, the timing strip seems perfctly clean and free of grease.
The carriage seems stuck and when turning on trys to move but can't go anywhere. I have had a look for obstructions. Access to the carriage seems very difficult.
Does anyone have any ideas?
Thanks
Peter
