Pixma 452 recently stopped scanning with windows 10

Hi. I have aPixma 452 and suddenly it stopped scanning.

I am using Windows 10.

I looked in my computer>local disk c>windows>twain32 and there is only one file called wiatwain.ds

there are no folders called Pixma 452

Can you please help?
