Pixma 3620: no black ink will come out after installing new cartridge

Hello, recently our printer ran out of black ink and we replaced the cartridge. Now no black ink will come out at all. I have tried several different new cartridges. Same result. The color cartridge is low, but still works. If I do a nozzle check, all the colors show up, but no black. I have tried a several cleanings and a deep cleaning of the black head. Nozzle check also prints only colors and no black.

What is written on the ink cartridge( ink number, where the ink cartridge was made, etc), also please let us know where you purchased the ink cartridge from.

They are LD cartridges. It says, compatible with Canon PG-240, PG-240XL, PG-240XXL. They were purchased from 4inkjets.com. Are you wanting the serial numbers of each of the three cartridges I tried?
