We just had our 4 yr olds pictures done and the scan came out very grainy and was not at all the quality I expected from a Canon. The ink cartridges are all brand new, just replaced them. Is there some settings that I missed? My old scanners were much better than this. It was a 2x3 pic I just tried again...
