Hi All,
I have just brought a brand new Pixma TS3355 in orginal sealed retail packing compleat with all instruction and set up disc.
As soon as i pluged it in it showed erro E03 Paper jam. I have removed all the paper switched it on and off but it still shows the error message.This is a brand new printer so im at a loss as to why this should happen. I chose a Canon Printer because my old one has served me well for the past five years.But im now having my doubts.Any body know what causes this error messge, and how do you cl;ear it ? There is no paper jam i have checked and the paper tray is clear.

P.S i have recieved a full refund from the shop so looking for anouther printer.
