I keep getting paper jam error but there is no paper jam

Hi greendgrl,
I recommend performing a reset of the printer. While the printer is on, unplug the power cord from the printer and let it sit for 60 seconds. While the power is off, press the power button 5 times. After 60 seconds plug the power cord back in and power on the printer.
If the reset do not resolve the paper jam error the printer would need to be replaced since service is no longer available for this model.

grab a hammer and destroy it I bought 3 black ink cartridge and 2 color cartridge last year
and I can't use them all
I will never ever buy canon and will not recommend it to anyone
I am glad my company only uses HP printers
