I printed something off today and afterwards it said there was paper jammed in the printer, i removed it and it still says theres a problem, it says to open the enclosure and when you do the message then says "the enclosure is open, please close it" then you do and the other message appears "please open enclosure" and round and round i go... I have tried powering it off and on and it doesnt work....
its a Canon TS5150
any help is greatly appreciated
