My PIXMA TS9120 suddenly stopped printing cyan. The tank was half full. I ran the clean head and deep clean head procedures. No luck. I installed a new Canon ink tank but this did not help.
Do you have any suggestions before I take it to a repair shop?

Hi John.
Nothing besides shutting the device off and unplugging. Remove and reseat the print head, then reconnecting and powering on. A head cleaning and tank replacement should have helped. Without an error message to confirm what's wrong, you are going to need service and repair.
