Scan 'Failed to save' message
I have a pixma TS5050, mac osx yosemite 10.10.5, Image garden, vers 3.6.3 and canon IJ scan utility vers 2.3.5.
I have selected scan untily2 from the ij scan utility. I cannot select the ts5050 from IJ scan utility, if only shows my previous canon pixma printer/scanner in the list, ie, MG4200 series.
Documents are scanning fine from the scan utility, then shown ok in image garden, and then when you select create pdf and save, it shows the message 'failed to save'.
Any suggestions please?
