Hi all, I use my canon pixma ip8720 to print labels to ship items online through Etsy and recently it started having issues.
When I print I select “Letter” for paper size but in the print queue I see the printer is trying to print “A4 One-Sided” because of this mismatch in settings my printer won’t print the labels.
I haven’t made any changes to any settings in Etsy or through my printer. Any ideas?
