PIXMA iP8720 Setup Issue

I am using a Mac and the PIXMA iP8720. I am unable to download the drivers or complete the installation. The error I am receiving "Information Acquisition Error: Failed to acquire information on the driver and software. Check the network connection and try again." when I attempt to run the setup.

Unsure how to proceed. I have pressed the internet connectivity button on the bottom right and no dice. I can't find any help for this issue anywhere online. I am using an administrative account.
