I have a TS 9521CA and I keep getting error code 5100. Believe me when I say I have tried everything and talked to Tech support each time. the 4th replacement they sent me was just Nov. 6 and now it's done it again. I have tried to find a common thing I may be doing to cause this but I can not find one. Personally I am fed up with this problem. Why does this keep happening?

Once logged in, click on your PIXMA TS9521ca and then click on the Product Support button. When that page loads, click on either the Phone Support button or the Chat Support button to access support. A Technical Support Representative can determine the cause of the repeated 5100 errors and resolve it or provide you with your available service options.
