I have been working on this for 3.5 hours. I am afraid if I stop, I will forget what I've learned so far! Some months ago, I switched my printer to only print black and white because the color ink was low, and it wouldn't print at all. I felt brilliant because I was able to figure that out. Now, when it's time to get that color back, I can not get in to change it. I'm on a mac, going to utilities>printers>trying to get to the show printer webpage, but I get a "hackers will see this page" message and it won't let me get past it. I'm guessing I changed this back when that utilities option was in the software, and since it is airprint apparently now I must go through that button that leads to an insecure site (I tried "allowing" everything on that site). I learned I could try by getting the IP address and opening that in my browser...which leads to a login button, which leads to another security message. (which I also tried to allow). I'm very frustrated that it is so hard and I just spent $75 on ink that I can not access. This is crazy!!!

Thank you. It pretended to print, and out came a blank sheet of paper. 😔

Thank you so much! That worked! I did try this initially and it did not print any colors, when you asked me to do it in our previous discussion it came of smeared but with color, and this request to do it again (a 3rd time) yielded perfect. I didn’t realize that it could need multiple cleanings, but it makes sense. Thank you so very much!
