PIXMA TS9521C How to do borderless printing on custom paper sizes

I'm getting beyond frustrated trying to do borderless printing with my new printer. When using the APP, there's an option to select borderless printing but that doesn't help me since It doesn't allow you to customize the paper size. So here I am, trying to print from my computer - It doesn't matter what options or sub menus I select, there are NO options to do borderless printing. Please help!

If you're using AirPrint, you may not have all of the options available. Make sure you've installed the software and drivers for your printer from our site here: https://canon.us/TS9521Csetup

I am not using AirPrint, at least I don't think I am. It's not an option that I see. I have installed the software and drivers like you said and I still do not see any of those options - specifically borderless printing.

Stephen, that is the whole problem.  The software for the TS9521 will only allow an install using AirPrint.  There are no drivers included in the download which will allow for the features to be used of which I specifically purchased the printer for. Researching, this appears to be a problem that many, many users have.  Where can I / We obtain specific drivers for the TS9521?

Printers generally do not allow borderless printing on custom sizes, and often don't even have a borderless option for all standard sizes.

Borderless printing expands the image size to ensure the the paper is covered from edge to edge (left to right).

The printers have sponges inside at set locations to capture tyhe excess ink. Otherwise it would just make a mess all over the inside of the machine.

I am not printing custom size

My response wasn’t to you; I was addressing the OP's issue.
Sounds like you are on a Mac. What is your operating system version? I will try to assist.
If you are using Sequoia the Canon site doesn’t list a driver. Sometimes that is because it isn’t supported anymore and sometimes the site hasn’t been updated yet.
Download and install the driver from the Sonoma page and see if that works. When you go to add the printer wait awhile to let the IJ Series driver appear. Could take several minutes.

Good afternoon. I am on a Sonoma 14 although I went through all of the Mac versions and none of them have drivers, just software.  Please provide the link for the Sonoma page and I will try that out.

This should be it.

I want actual drivers, not AirPrint web based software.  I have hardly any features of which I bought the printer for.
