Is it possible to scan a document without it being scanned as a PDF document?

Sorry.  I am using Windows 11 and am WiFi connected.

I am also using the Canon IJ Scan Utility.

I was using the wrong method to scan my document.  Using the correct method solved my problem.  Thank you.
