IP8750 not turning on - solid orange resume light

Hello 

I recently unplugged, and re plugged in my ip8750 , and now it won't turn on. The resume button stays lit orange continuously and doesn't change.

I've tried a new power cable, attempting to turn on with the usb cable plugged in.

I've tried leaving it off and unplugged for 24 hours.

I've tried doing so and pressing the power button many times while it's off.

I've also tried it with different power sockets, and without using an extension lead. 

Any help would be great, thank you!
