I have a Canon TS9520 and in the last month - it seems like the alignment of the paper is off. When the first and last pages of a document are printing the top 1/4 of the page is missing and there is a blank space on the bottom. The middle pages seem to be fine. I have done all the self cleaning options on the printer but it doesn't change. Even the test page will print out incorrectly. Any ideas on what might be going on?
We will need some more information so we can assist you better. Please let us know what version of Windows or MacOS the computer is running. Also, when you performed a cleaning, did you print the nozzle check as well? If so, please attach it to your reply here.
We look forward to your reply.
