Hi all, I've been using my TS7400 for several years, plugging it directly from my PC to the printer when needed without any issues. However, yesterday it refused to connect. I'd thought it was the connection itself that was the problem, so I've tried switching it to a new wire today, and it's still not connecting. It current says it's offline. I'm hoping this doesn't indicate damage to the USB port on the printer (I've checked the ones on the PC with other hardware and they're all fine)
I'm currently on a Windows 10 machine. If there's any other information that you need to help me out here, please do let me know.

Hi there! Can you please confirm your printer model, we don't see a TS7400 in our catalog.

Ah, sorry, that's what my PC lists it as. The printer is a Canon Pixma TS7451
