I'm using Kodak Premium Photo Gloss Paper 240gsm with two Canons - the TS705a and the G1030 but getting horrible magenta-y results from the latter. See pic. Exact same settings by the way - Photo/Normal. Can anyone advise me potentially what settings/issues are responsible for this discrepancy? Thanks!

Have you run a nozzle check on the G1030 printer?

Thanks, yes. All inks are in good supply. It just will not print black.

But the nozzle check prints black?
if not, have you run any cleaning cycles?

Yes, the nozzle check is 100pc yet still I'm getting deep purple instead of black. I've encountered this problem before with Canons. What could be the cause of this discrepancy between what the machine is telling me and the finished prints?
