PIXMA TS702 Brand new printer head but only printing black ink?

Hi all, I have a Canon TS702 printer and I’ve recently had trouble printing any reds, oranges, pinks, purples, or black. I took it into a shop to get it professionally cleaned and they suggested I replace the printer head. I agreed and just got it back today.

I tried to print something to test it out but nothing came out. I did nozzle checks, print head alignment, cleaning, and deep cleaning and nothing printed except black. 

What can I do?

I would return it to the shop and have them either get it to print all colors or refund your money. They obviously did not do what you requested.
