PIXMA TS700 Series - Ink Cartridge Not Recognized

Need to contact Canon Slovenia about printer TS700 but in ENGLISH - all comes up in Slovenian

Inserted new cartridge C-581 XXL black, not recognized.

Text  on it:

After installing: if the cartridge shows not recognized please remove & reinstall the cartridge. It may take up  to 5 attempts.

I did it a lot more than 5 times ... What can I do?

Well, translating each and every page to English will take all day.

It would help a lot with contact (mail,  website or telephone) from start - I live i Slovenia.
