I have been really happy with the TS6400, but now I have a problem and can't figure it out.
The scan function just stopped saving images. It literally stopped doing so in the middle of a project. A previous scan saved, but now nothing will save after being scanned.
I deleted the scan software and resinstalled it. Did the same with the the drivers. But no luck.

Thanks for joining the conversation, aysrick!
So that the Community can help you better, please let us know which printer in the PIXMA TS6400 series you're using. We also need to know exactly which operating system is running on your computer (i.e. Windows or macOS, and which version thereof) and which application you're scanning with. That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!
If this is a time-sensitive matter, click HERE search our knowledge base or find additional support options HERE.
Thanks and have a great day!

Thanks. It looks like it is the Canon TS6400a.
I'm running Windows 10 Pro.
As I said, it was weird, because it just suddenly stopped saving and I hadn't had a problem up until that point.

I wanted to follow-up on this problem to see if anyone has a solution, since my scanner still isn't allowing me to save images.

Hi,
Are you scanning directly from the printer or using IJ Scan Utility on the computer?
We look forward to your reply.

I'm scanning from the utility. As I mentioned originally, it's weird because it was working just fine and scans were saving without a problem. And then it wouldn't. I can scan and edit the image, but it won't save.

What no answer to this problem! I'm having the same trouble, scans great but it will not save. I'm running Win 10 and scanning the IJ Scan Utility. It was scanning just fine then it quit saving. I've got a lot of stuff to scan yet.
