PIXMA TS6420a lines dragging issues

I need some help please. My wife uses this printer to print stickers and photo prints that she has made on her tablet.  She's been having an issue with lines dragging across the paper. We recently did a head alignment check and a deep cleaning.  We noticed border around the bricks on the bk section are not aligned, the top line and bottom line of the grid don't line up.  We also noticed there is a line, (like the one she gets when printing her stickers), to the left of the top c, both m's and the bottom y. Any help is appreciated.

You did a head alignment check but did you perform a head alignment yet?

Performing Print Head Alignment on the Pixma TS6420A

Automatic Alignment

  1. Access the printer's Maintenance Menu.
  2. Select Print Head Alignment - Auto.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the alignment process.

Manual Alignment

If the automatic alignment does not yield satisfactory results, you can perform a manual alignment using the Canon IJ Printer Assistant Tool:

  1. Open the Canon IJ Printer Assistant Tool on your computer.
  2. Ensure the printer is powered on and connected.
  3. Check the Align heads manually option.
  4. Click OK to confirm.
  5. Load three sheets of A4 or Letter-sized plain paper into the printer.
  6. Click Start to begin the manual alignment process.
  7. Follow the instructions displayed on the screen to complete the alignment.

Troubleshooting

  • If the automatic alignment fails, an error message will appear on the printer's LCD.
  • Ensure that the ink cartridges are not low on ink, as this can affect the alignment process.

Yes we did and then ran another check and the picture was after doing that.
