I have not been successful in getting my new TS6420 to print from my computer. No problems from my Android phone but I have downloaded the driver and software multiple times as instructed in the setup and it just won't print from my desk top computer. Very aggravating and time consuming. I'm using Windows 10 and wireless connection. What can I do to get this printer to PRINT?!?

Hi,
When you go to print, does a print preview window open? If so, is the printer listed? Also, please let us know if you get any error or if the printers makes a noise like it's starting to print but wont.
