Welcome to the forum!
So that the Community can help you better, we need to know the error message and exactly which operating system is running on your computer (i.e. Windows or macOS, and which version thereof). Any other details you'd like to give, such as error messages will help the Community better understand your issue.
If this is a time-sensitive matter, click HERE search our knowledge base or find additional support options HERE.
Thank you!

Tiffany, The printer is pixmaTS6420. I have windows 7. When I try to print, the error message appears on the printer window stating printer is not responding and then it takes about 5-7 minutes for the item to print. Help!!

Hi,
Please click HERE for the steps to print the network settings of your printer. Once it prints, scroll down to 3-2-1 and let us know what the signal strength is.
We look forward to your reply.

Hi, Arthur,
I don't see any Device settings or LAN settings on the printer screen.
