Hi BWPSP,
Please trry setting the rear tray to a paper size different than "Letter". When you print, the printer will then default to loading letter sized paper from the cassette instead of the rear tray.
To do this, please follow these steps:
1. Turn your PIXMA TS6320 on.
2. Press the OK button one time.
3. Press the down arrow 4 times to select Feed settings. Press OK.
4. Rear tray paper settings will be selected. Press OK.
5. Press OK when the load paper message appears.
6. Use the down arrow to select Change and press OK.
7. Select any paper size other then Letter. For example, choose 8" x 10" and press OK.
8. Select a paper type. Plain paper is probably selected. Choose any other type and press OK.
9. The next screen will have your selections listed below the picture of the printer. If they are NOT letter and plain paper, press OK. If Letter still appears, please select Change and change the size to something other than letter.
Once set, please attempt to print.
