I installed a new PIXMA TS5120 on a new Windows 10 laptop and I have a reoccurring error of 'Printer not responding' with document trapped in the print spooler. Same problem occurred with working Pixma TS3122 installed into the same new Windows 10 laptop. Please help. Documents appear to be caught in the print spooler. Very frustrating.

Greetings,
Printer is being used with a Windows10 PC.
How is it connected? (USB or WiFi)?

Hello.
Try the following:
1. Click the Start Button and search for the Control Panel, then open the Control Panel.
2. Open "Programs and Features", or "Uninstall a program".
3. Uninstall the TS5100 MP Drivers and the Canon IJ Network Tool if either of these are listed. If these are not listed, move on to the next step.
4. Go back to the Control Panel.
5. Open Devices and Printers.
6. Right-click and delete or remove any copies of the printer that are listed here.
7. Restart the computer.
When the computer restarts, visit this link to download and reinstall the latest TS5100 series MP Driver.
If the issue persists, try temporarily disabling any firewall programs to see if this will allow print jobs to spool properly on that computer.
