PIXMA TS3722 stuck on waiting status

Hello,

I need help. I bought a Canon printer that I use to make cup wraps and it’s been working amazing. 2 days ago I printed one picture and all of a sudden it stopped. It connects perfectly fine but the status is stuck on waiting and no matter what I do, it doesn’t progress.

If your Canon printer is stuck on "waiting" status, try these steps:
1. Restart the printer and your computer.
