Hi Monicag1977,
Please remove all of the paper from your TS3722 and then please disconnect the power cord.
Once done, please look down through the paper path to check for jammed paper / foreign objects.
Next, please open the front cover and look in the area around the ink for jammed paper / foreign objects, making sure to look in the extreme left and right sides.
Reconnect the power cord, load paper and then turn your TS3722 back on.
Once ready, please attempt to print.
If the issue persists, your PIXMA TS3722 may require service. If your PIXMA TS3722 was purchased less than a year ago, please contact one of Canon's Technical Support Representatives via phone or chat to obtain your in warranty options. Once logged in, click on your PIXMA TS3722 and then click on the Product Support button. When that page loads, click on either the Phone Support button or the Chat Support button to access support.
If your PIXMA TS3722 is out of warranty, you are eligible for Canon's Upgrade Program. This is for out of warranty units which have been diagnosed to require service, or for some reason are incompatible with a new or upgraded system. This option allows you a one-time opportunity to purchase a replacement product, discounted from the list price.
