PIXMA TS3722 - can not scan -send file to the computer.

Can not get the printer TS 3722 to scan and send file to the computer.
I tried to download drivers ...screen goes to LOADING ACCESSIBILITY ....." but locks up, never loads.
Have cleared CACHE and shutdown/restarted laptop ...nothing changes.
Using Win 11 Home.
I can print and copy items.
