Can not get the printer TS 3722 to scan and send file to the computer.I tried to download drivers ...screen goes to LOADING ACCESSIBILITY ....." but locks up, never loads.Have cleared CACHE and shutdown/restarted laptop ...nothing changes.Using Win 1...
