PIXMA TS3722 Error code E03

I have the Pixma TS3722. I tried to print an important document for my business and I keep getting an E03 paper jam code. Every time I try to print, the printer takes in about half the paper and makes a loud noise and stops feeding the paper. I have followed all the steps on cleaning out the printer and nothing still seems to work
