PIXMA TS3720 only shows a zero on the screen

when I turn it on the only thing on the screen is a zero that keeps moving up and down on the little screen

Hi Croxall,

When the icon you described appears on the display of your PIXMA TS3720, it is caused by the door is open which is in front of the inks.  Please open and then close that cover firmly and "0" will appear on the display.
