PIXMA TS3522 - printer using ink way to fast

Lt72884
Contributor

I just got the ts3522 and im on the 100pages per month plan. I have printed 55 pages, and im out of ink all ready. These were at NORMAL settings. I do not print photos because the black ink is pigment and not dye so it cant print photos. I just print regular items.

This is not fair to me to have to pay extra now because the ink doesnt last very long

Hi Lt72884,

If you are enrolled in the PIXMA Print Plan, you are not charged for ink.  You are charged per page printed.   Once your ink is detected as low, more ink will be sent to you.  More information regarding the PIXMA Print Plan can be viewed here:

Canon PIXMA Print Plan - Canon U.S.A., Inc.

In the image that you posted, you have the 200 free pages promotion, which you have printed 55 pages.  If you are low or out of ink and would like to check on the status of the ink shipment to you, please contact one of Canon's Technical Support Representatives via phone or chat. To contact a Technical Support Representative, please use the link below to log into your My Canon account:

Once logged in, click on your PIXMA TS3522 and then click on the Product Support button. When that page loads, click on either the Phone Support button or the Chat Support button to access support.
