My printer has the E04 Error code. I followed the instructions in the manual and even replaced the ink cartridge, but the issue persists. The fine ink holder is not returning to the replacing position no matter how many times I close and reopen the cover.

Hi Lee5,
To resolve the E 0 4 error, please follow the steps provided on this page:
TS3500 series > List of Error Support Codes > E 0 4
If you are experiencing difficulties accessing the ink cartridges, please turn your TS3522 off.
Turn your TS3522 back on and when your printer starts making mechanical noises, unplug the power cord.
Open the front cover and you should now be able to move the ink carriage manually.
