I keep getting a error/errors saying something is jammed or when trying to print but I'm not it says it's in use. It's a canon TS3500 series. It also prints pictures. When printing it just gets stuck don't go all the way trough. And I don't see nothing jammed in it.ive used it one time and it's brand new. And it started this mess. So I packed it away and trying again months later.error #1200 and then 1300 come up.

Hello!
So that the Community can help you better, we will need to know more information:
• What is the exact model printer you're using (it's usually on the top or front of the unit)?
• Which version of Windows or macOS are you using?
• How do you connect to your printer (USB or WiFi)?
Any other details you'd like to give will only help the Community better understand your issue.
