I just bought a new TS3420, mainly to print 4 x 6 postage labels for my eBay sales - regular printer paper, 1/4 sheet print.
The label will print in the upper left corner as my previous printer did, but loses approx. 1/4" of print along the left side, making the result unusable. I've tried scaling, but it doesn't help. Is there a way to shift the actual area being printed to the right so I get a complete print?
All suggestions/help most appreciated.

It looks like this must be a design fault in this model (?).
No suggestions here and no reply from my email to Canon tech help.
I have to do a work-around by using an online PDF to JPEG converter and scaling the resulting image, which prints in the center of the page.
A real pain, but that's apparently what I get for buying a cheap printer.
