PIXMA TS3322 No power

JakeTheScot

I was printing a document and all of a sudden, the power turned off. The power cord is secure. I've tried two different sockets, but still no power. Any ideas?

Hi, JakeTheScot!

So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which Canon printer model you own, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!

If this is a time-sensitive matter, click HERE search our knowledge base or find additional support options HERE.

Thanks and have a great day!

It's a Canon Pixma TS3322. I tried using the printer assistant tool, and I get the following message; Maintenance setting information from your printer cannot be aquired. The display information may be different from the current settings.

Greetings,

If you have tried plugging the device in to dfifferent power sources (verified working) then the printer or its power supply has failed.

The device will require service or replacement if it will not power on when connected to power.

I took it back and replaced it with a TS4522. So far, so good. Thanks for all your help.
