PIXMA TS3300 Series - Need Printer Serial Number

All of a sudden whenever I try to print something I am getting an error message indicating that the printer is missing a file (in order to print).  I have looked on the back of the printer, on the back of the ink cartridge door, on the top of the printer and I can't find the model number anywhere.  The printer is a Pixma TS3300 printer, but when I tried to get to drivers and software to try to download the files, there are two Pixma TS3300 shown, and I don't know which one to go to.

It would be nice if Canon had an option to click on a "model number finder" on its website and let that "finder" find the model number.

Any and all suggestions will be welcome and appreciated.

John, thanks for all of your help.  I sincerely appreciate it.

Sorry we couldn't resolve it. It may be some sort of computer permission issue if the driver won't install.

John, I was able to download and install the correct driver(s), and the printer is now printing.  The problem was, when the drivers were downloading there was a job in the print queue that was preventing the download to finish.  (I saw a message indicating this when I closed all of the open Canon screens.) I cancelled the job in the print queue and then tried downloading the driver (s) but there seemed to be a problem because I was seeing a message that the computer was offline.  And so, I shut the computer down for the night, and today I dried downloading them again, and they downloaded and installed and now my printer is able to print again. Again, thanks for your help, and I hope that you and yours had very Happy Holidays and I want to wish you and yours the best in 2023.
