I'm trying to connect to the cloud via the app "Canon PEINT Inkjhet/SEPHLY" and it sends me to a URL that gives me an error "Your connection is note private" and I can't seem to get past this part.
Can anyone help me please - I'm from the UK but this is the only forum I've found.
I tried calling customer service but I was put on hold for 15 minutes (while being charged 17p a minute).
Hoping someone can help here otherwise I'll have to send the printer back.

The Canon Print Inkjet/Selphy App does allow connection to various cloud sevices, including onedrive.
You haven't told us whether you are using with iOS or Android. They shpould operate similarly however.
If you are getting an error, they try typing the URL for onedrive log in manually.. The message you are seeing might indicate the wrong destination URL is being specified.
I didn't see an 800 number for Canon Support UK.
