PIXMA TS3122 Support Code E36

I followed the setup to connect my printer and while it was loading up to the "Communicating with the printer It might take more than 150 seconds" the warning sign thing goes orange and in the bottom it would make an E 3 and 6. What might be the problem?

I have a Canon pixma model TS3122 I'm getting an error code of E36 I'm not using any computer PC operating system it's going through my cell phone  I don't know what I should do
