She provided that information in a reply she made to another thread. I included it in my reply 🙂

The link I posted above has instructions for realigning your printhead.  It is from your printer's manual.  It includes complete instructions with pictures.

If you have a multifunction printer with display then you can realign. Method is go to setting or tool and press align.
