PIXMA TR8622a - Magenta color not printing

Hello, 

Recently I have replaced my printer ink due to low levels and for some reason magenta doesn't seem to be printing. When I place it into the slot and close it I get a message reading:

"The following used genuine Canon ink tanks were detected.

CLI-281XXL<M>"

The other colors are working just fine and it all from the same box. Any assistance? The printer we are using is the Canon TR8622a

I have tried cleaning it but it still shows that message.

Once logged in, click on your PIXMA TR8622a and then click on the Product Support button. When that page loads, click on either the Phone Support button or the Chat Support button to access support. A Technical Support Representative can determine the cause of the issue and resolve it or provide you with your available service options.
