PIXMA TR8622a ADF Only Scans First Page

Using ADF for multiple pgs, all pgs go thru but only first page actually scans. HELP!

Do you see any error messages?

The model # is TR 8622a. No error messages. By changing file type to tiff, I was able to scan all pages. Sorry, I am new at this. I appreciate your help. Thank you!

You're good!  Are you okay with your files being in the TIF format or do you need them to be in a different format such as JPG or PDF?

Using the tif format, I did notice that when I tried to email the file, it took a really long time to load. When I tried pdf, if loaded quickly but only one page showed. Any thoughts?

Hi,

Are you scanning directly from the printer or scanning from IJ Scan Utility on the computer? Also, what version of Windows or MacOS is your computer running.
