I have an TR8620a printer for only 3 months and now my 4x6 photos that come from the back of the printer, turns sideways at the end of the printing. Someone said it could be the rollers.

The paper goes in one way and turns on the way out? Do you have the paper guides set firmly against the paper ?

Yes. It worked perfectly until yesterday I enabled "prevent paper abrasive" and it worked but the quality wasn't as good.

Disable prevent paper abrasive, load less paper in the tray and print again. You could load one page first. Prevent paper abrasion increases the distance between the paper and the print head and it uses the rollers to do that.

I got with Canon today and did everything they suggested and the believe the printer is defective. They are preparing for sending me a new printer and I will return this one. Thanks for your help.
