Initially the printer was only printing color and not black so I replaced the ink cartridges and cleaned the ink head. Now the printer is only printing black. Any suggestions on how to fix this issue?
Yes, that will have to be my next step. Thanks so much for your advice here. At the moment solved my current problem by going out and buying an epson... sigh..
