Hi,
Updated both printer and laptop cuz they both said I had to. Now cannot print due to printer error with NO CODE. I tried to unistall and reinstall, but get an error for that too. I checked to see that I was on same wireless and was not (laptop on 5G, printer on 2.4G) Printer does not have 5G capabilities? Not sure? Put both on same wireless (2.4) and still cannot download drivers and of course can't print. Tried phone as well (both printer and phone on 2.4G), and would not connect. Not software savvy beyond what I tried above. Searched for specific topics and unable to find anything applicable. Help?

Try re-installing the software from http://canon.us/ijstart and see if that solves the issue.
