I use a Pixma TR7020 printer with my iPhone-12. In the window on my printer, I have 1 sided selected. But, my pages continue to come out 2 sided. I spent 3 hours tonight, trying to correct this issue. Finally, I was able to go under options in my phone, and select 1 page. That does work, but why must I remember to do that for each and every time? Why won’t the printer stop printing 2 sided, when I have selected for 1 sided? There is very little in the manual and on the support page, for using iPhone with this printer. Even all of the videos were for use with PC.
